1. Autumn Apple and Pear Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup OJ
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 pear, cored and quartered
1 apple, cored and chopped
Zest of a quarter of a lemon
1/2 banana, chopped
Agave nectar to taste
3 ice cubes

- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend and pour into glasses.

2. Strawberry, Banana, and Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana, chopped
1 cup ripe strawberries, chopped with their stems cut off
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 ice cubes
squirt of honey or agave to taste

1/2 cup yogurt
a squirt of agave

4. Watermelon Orange Refresher
Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon chunks
1/2 cup OJ
Zest of a quarter of a lime
squirt of agave ( optional )
3 ice cubes
